closedList of Links not created articles - Request for Input Packages

Hi IT & Yuvraj,
The below articles have been uploaded by the vendor in the HTML OPS system; however, their details are not visible on the HTML OPS dashboard. These articles are reflected in the Power BI report, but the article links have not yet been generated, and the packages are also not available in the S3 bucket. I also attempted to download the packages from the Support System portal but was unable to do so.
Kindly check and share the input packages with us so we can proceed with re-uploading the articles.
@Sanket Jadhav Additionally, please investigate why the links were not generated in the HTML OPS system.
