Description

As we are using python service in our project to get word count and page count which reads word file but word is not working on QA it is giving error saying "Word cannot load the OLE 2.0 or Docfile libraries". Please refer Screenshot

we’ve resolved the issue with “Word cannot load the OLE 2.0 or Docfile libraries”. please test it again and confirm.

As mentioned, we received the request from @Sharayu Mujumale (Request Management #10737) — and the issue was due to a Microsoft Word error. Sharayu has resolved it and confirmed that QA is now working fine.
@Sharayu Mujumale — could you please share the exact steps you followed to fix the issue? Having a documented solution will help us prevent or resolve the same problem more quickly in the future
