Description

My laptop is not charging when connected to the power adapter. The charging indicator light does not turn on, and the battery percentage remains the same even after being plugged in for a while. I have tried using a different power socket and reconnected the charger multiple times, but the issue persists.
Request: Please check the power adapter, charging port, or battery and assist in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Verified adapter and power socket functionality. Identified faulty DC jack as the root cause. Coordinated with Dell Support for part replacement. Successfully replaced the DC jack on Prathmesh’s system. Post-replacement testing confirmed successful charging and normal operation.
